Visting report from Nate
Recently we get one Vietnam client visiting in our factory. Here I made this report to help you learn our factory if anyone of u has no the schedule to visit us.
As per Mr. Alexander Melnik schedule, we picked him up in Jiaozuo city, Henan Province at around 14:00 on November 14th,2017. Then we spend 2 hrs drive to our factory and it is around 5:00PM.
We took Mr. Alexander visiting from our crane parts stock warehouse. In the warehouse, we showed the bearing/wheel/hook/winding drum/ etc parts stock firstly.
Here we introduced that we are the few manufacturers who can handle the crane system production line from the crane parts to the completely overhead crane.
Then we take them to see the crane axle, coupling, wheel gear etc crane parts production line. Here we introduced also we can customized the crane parts in our production line also.
Then we take them to see the crane winding drum production line. In the new factory, we have the completely winding drum production. Import the steel plate -----Automatic cut them into the suitable dimension-----Bend it into the knurled knob shape----welding---polish the wire rope race--painting
Then we take them to see our electric wire rope hoist assemble warehouse. For this China electric hoist, we use our own produced cable drum, rope guide, couplings, gearbox and hoist body etc
Then we take them to see our electric chain hoist assemble warehouse. We introduce to them we can make the general chain hoist and the low height chain hoist both for our client.
Then we take them to check the double girder crane production warehouse. Here we answered the question that we can produce the 40 sets double girder overhead crane simultaneous in the this factory only.
Then we take them to check the 32tons double girder overhead crane for the French client.
Here one thing before Mr. Alexander coming, this 32tons crane has been disassembled after the crane commissioning. Below please check the assemble pictures here.
Please check the main girder connection also. It is connected by the high strength bolts and steel plate.
Then we take Mr. Alexander to check our automatic welding/cutting machinery. Here we explained that automatic cutting line, from the starting it is the steel coil, then it will be automatic make to the steel plate; then automatic cut to the suitable dimensions.
Then we take Mr. Alexander to check the cabinet control/joystick etc. During this process, we introduced the difference between the traditional and European cabinet from the view angle. As the European cabinet has a better view angle and this is what we will supply.
Then Mr. Alexander asked the question refer to the joystick. He asked why the joystick quantity is different in the two cabinets. We explained the joystick quantity is based on the lifting hooks. For example we supplied you is the 3 joysticks,2 joysticks to separate control the main/aux lifting; 1 joystick(4 directions) to control the cross traveling and long traveling.
Here I add one point that I did not explain to Mr. Alexander, light/heavy strength push will control the low/fast speed.
Then we take Mr. Alexander to check our European hoist assemble warehouse.
Then we ask Mr. Alexander is there anymore you want to check? He said the 8 wheels overhead crane. We say yes, then we take them to check our installed 8 wheels overhead crane in our warehouse.
Till then, the factory inspection is finished. Then we take them to Zhengzhou city. We talked to them we have one branch office near to them hotel and we invited them to visit the branch to discuss the order futher.
In the next morning, we take Mr. Alexander to our Zhengzhou branch office. Here why we set up one office here, because Zhengzhou is in the central of China. This city located at the cross heart of both China high speed train and general speed train position. It is one of four biggest train city and the biggest train transfer center in China. So we called here train heart of China also. Meanwhile, Zhengzhou airport owns the biggest passenger flow/goods flow in the central of China now. Zhengzhou airport takes the front No.13 position of passenger flow and front No.8 position of goods flow among all the China airports. Meanwhile Zhengzhou city is one very important stop among the Eurasian Continental Bridge railway and the biggest Asia marshalling station for railway shipment. This is one main reason why we set up one branch office here.
